HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. If you have not received this shipping confirmation within 3 days please contact us at service@identity11.com You can expect to receive your package in approximately three to five business days from the date the package shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us as we take your satisfaction very seriously. If something is not right, please let us know immediately. We allow returns of any merchandise within 21 days of shipping for refund or exchange. Returns must be in resalable condition and be accompanied by the packing receipt. For returns you will be refunded the amount of the returned item less shipping. For exchanges please note what you would like in place of your returned item.

We take pride in sending you unique and quality merchandise. If you send merchandise back to us for a return that has been noticeably worn or damaged we unfortunately will not be able to process your refund.

Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.

  • Please contact us immediately at service@identity11.com for all return and exchange requests and reference your order #. We will make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries within 2 business days
  • Please pack all items in a secure manner or reuse the original packaging when possible, and always enclose the original packing slip (you will also be provided a return authorization #.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item to us.


Once you have received a Return Authorization you will need to send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method to ensure we receive the package. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

HAS MY RETURN BEEN PROCESSED?
If you need to return an item, please make sure you follow the above instructions. Once the items are received, we will promptly process your return, and a credit for the return will then appear on your next credit card billing statement. It is important that you send the package back through a traceable method. Please provide us with the tracking information so that we may further research the status of your return.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED?
We ship all orders through USPS Priority Mail. We typically process and ship all orders within 3 to 5 days (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2 to 3 days. All domestic orders over $100 are shipped for FREE.

All orders from $50-$99.99 - add $7.95

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED?
After you click "Send Order" an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the email address which you entered on your order form.


WHAT DOES OUT OF STOCK MEAN?
We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and we'll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and out of stock items we will ship the in stock item as usual and send the out of stock item at the time it becomes available.

We do not share credit card information with third parties except for the purpose of processing payment for products you've ordered and as required by law.
